Can I purchase group tickets online?
We like to speak to our group leaders and tour operators to reserve group seats to make sure that we get your group the best seating possible on the day that you request. At this time, booking online for groups is not available.
Can I change my reservation after I pay the deposit?
You can change the date of your reservation at any time prior to the final payment date.
How can I pay for my group reservation?
Broadway Palm accepts checks, cash, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We prefer that payment not be made individually for your group. Please make checks payable to Broadway Palm.
Do each of the group members receive individual tickets?
Your group will be greeted by the Broadway Palm staff who will seat your group if you are arriving by motor coach. If you are arriving individually, we ask that your group gather in the lobby and you will be escorted to your seats together.
Will my group be seated together?
Your seats are reserved at the time you make the reservation. All effort is made to reserve your group together.
When will I know where my seats are reserved?
We will tell you where you are booked at the time you make the reservation. A seating chart will be sent to you with your contract. We ask that you pre-assign the seating for your group. Please bring a master list with you the day you arrive.
Where can our bus park after we arrive?
All parking is FREE at Broadway Palm. There are designated areas in the parking lot for bus.
Are there ways to make this trip to Broadway Palm more eventful?
You can plan a pre or post show reception in the Cafe Cabaret or Art Cafe at the theatre for speakers, awards or any special function. Visit the catering page
