Tickets for any performance can be purchased online.  Simply choose a show and performance date. There is a non-refundable $3.00 per ticket service charge for online ticketing.

Toddlers and infants are discouraged for the courtesy of other patrons and for your enjoyment. Our Children's Theatre shows are recommended for children under the age of 5. Visit our children's theatre page to see the shows recommended for our young audiences.

VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER CARDS are all accepted.

 

Cancellations:
A raincheck will be issued for cancellations made by noon for an evening performance and by 10:00 am for a matinee performance the day of the show. For refunds, a cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to the performance date. Online service fees cannot be refunded.

Can you hold reservations while I check with others to see if they want to join us?
Seats can not be held without a reservation. We recommend that you make the reservation for the most people that may be in your party. You can always change the number two weeks prior to the performance date.

Can I pay by check for my reservations?
Checks are accepted but must be received within 1 week after the reservation is made and there is plenty of time until the date of the performance.

How do I get my tickets?
After full payment has been made, tickets can be e-mailed, mailed or be held at the box office at no cost. If the reservation or payment is made one week prior to the performance the tickets will be held at the box office.

How do I redeem a Gift Certificate?
After you make your reservation and receive your order number, write it on the gift certificate and send it to the theatre at 1380 Colonial Blvd., Ft Myers, FL 33907 with any additional balance that is due. Once the gift certificate/payment is received, your ticket will be sent to you. Gift certificates can be used as payment when you make your reservations online and also in person at the box office.
